The Owners of "Excel" have dedicated their entire property management careers to the area of multi-family housing.

We recognize and fully believe that our employees and residents are our greatest assets. Our business is that of managing people as well as real estate. All employees are knowledgeable of fair housing laws and the requirements of government agencies as they relate to equal housing opportunities. Each employee is required to follow all fair housing laws to the full letter and spirit of the law. The management and maintenance of multi-family housing demands the same degree of professionalism and high standards as in any other housing. The management style of Excel Property Management, Inc. is a hands-on approach with open lines of communication with Owners, employees, residents, agencies and syndicators.
